Dr Simpson is an awesome doctor everything was fine until a new girl was hired and she counted my meds well I do believe I had my count the girl miscounted before I knew it I was being lead to the exit door the girl that lead me out would not even do a recount,I already knew not to be short Dr Simpson told me to be careful and not over take them and I'm just letting anyone know please if you get someone new for your med count if it's not right please have them recount because if you don't you will be let go sadly I truly nee... read more
They are very professional, They follow the law to the letter. If your not going to respect that your just hurting the clinic the patients & yourself because they can help you but you have to respect policy. I have great respect for all of them excellent staff, Nurses, Office manager. Dr Simpson is an excellent Dr, He makes you feel relaxed to talk to, comfortable to express yourself he is exceptionally knowledgeable, cares about your wellbeing and patientknowledge.. Dr Simpson and Dr Dunlap have been amazing. They truly care about Veterans and mental health. Anytime I have an issue it’s taken care of. Recently I was concerned about my blood sugar levels, Dr Dunlap immediately ordered a test be done. She listens to her patients and takes the time getting to know you. Thank you for everything! Your help has allowed me to continue working hard everyday providing for my family!
Even tho I was dismissed after 8 months which was totally my fault due to my frequent business trips I take for my business. Dr.simpson is a great doctor and he helped me tremendously. I blame no one but myself for getting dismissed. I would still recommend him and his staff they treated me with respect and with great care. I am sad to no longer be a patient but again that's solely on myself. I wish all the staff and doctor Simpson all the best.
They were great for a year and I figured the bad reviews I had seen on Google about people being dismissed for no reason were false. However, it turns out that they are true unfortunately. I have never failed a drug test and my count has always been correct. It seems that this clinic is under investigation for SOMETHING. And, we patients were told to find a pharmacy to fill out prescriptions, as most pharmacies will not fill a prescription from this clinic now, as they are under investigation by the DEA.
