Terrible customer service. The cashier was extremely rude and unprofessional. I will not be coming back, and I don’t recommend this place to anyone who values being treated with respect.
The worst customer service I’ve ever witnessed. I got an alignment in a new truck a couple months ago I took it home and didn’t think anything of it then I noticed the steering wheel was still turnt to the side and when I held the steering wheel straight it went to the right again just like I told them when I payed for an alignment. I know for a fact they thought my truck was new and didn’t adjust the steering wheel and just aligned the wheels. I experienced the most unprofessional behavior here. The day before, I coordinated with them to buy a car, and the next day I confirmed again before leaving my place, which was about 150 miles away from them. They told me to come, but when I arrived, they were signing the contract with someone else. They didn’t care at all about my time or money, and I ended up losing $400 that day because of them. This is one of the most unprofessional and unethical dealerships, and you should stay away from it.
Don't go come here at all especially to the service center
Helped me buy my new truck, First Time Buyer. 3 months in. Good truck. A bigger touch screen would be better also!
