I knew going in that my Silverado would need a new transmission. The Service advisor- Jose Guerrero, went out of his way to make the situation as smooth, and with as little pain, as possible. Having a loaner vehicle that was provided by the Dealer, helped tremendously while my truck was in the shop being repaired.
