I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience with Dr. Adacia Bourne on July 15, 2025. I visited her practice because my regular house doctor was unavailable and I was experiencing chest tightness and a fast heart rate. Instead of being met with care or concern, I was immediately spoken to in a harsh and dismissive tone. Been going to this clinic for several years as tourist. I always get proper, simple and effective services with Dr/Mr Wido Buser. Last time, Dr Buser was absent and so met Dr/Ms Adacia Bourne. Despite her having my history card, I explained my history, situation and aggrevated symptoms and I mentioned I'd appreciate a change in medication. She had a dry condescending response accompanied with a direct tone of voice. There's an Indian assistant that turned me away today stating that the doctor is full for the day. Opening hours are until 11:30 and this was at 11:00. She told me why I came so late, and I'm like miss I came when I had the time. I am having an allergic reaction and I need to see the doctor. At first she said I can't see the doc, then she said she can give me a prescription if it's that I want.
