**Terrible Experience at Simpson Automotive - Avoid at All Costs** I recently visited Simpson Automotive for what should have been a straightforward muffler installation, and it turned into a complete nightmare. The technician installed the muffler in a way that the exhaust exit was directly behind my bumper, almost burning through it. I had to drive 30 minutes back to the shop to get this mistake fixed. Worst experience ever. All reviews are fake. Went over there to get welding in catalytic converter and got it repaired which was not required where he needs to change it. Despite knowing that there is huge damage in bank 2 catalytic converter he welded that for 300$ whereas initially I was told 200$ max and after told me to replace whole catalytic converter cost 2000$ and also told me to get replace both brake pads and rotors where I got checked but other mechanic he told me brakes are in good condition.
