I've lived with Simpson at Paige Mill for over a decade. You can't find anything else like it in Sanford!!! Single level means no kids above you running around!!!!!! The neighborhood is quiet, my patio is relaxing (sometimes I see deer walking through the neighborhood), and NO UPSTAIRS NEIGHBORS!!
I have been a renter for 4 years at a Simpson Property. I have not had any problems with this Company. The Office Staff are polite and the people who repair problems are quick and very nice. Five Star Service.
