I didn't actually go there, but called for a quote for car insurance. Although it took awhile to get someone to help me, they were courteous and helpful. Unfortunately, they couldn't compete with the price of the company I had.
Don’t believe the 5 star reviews! This company is horrible - when Southern Fidelity went bankrupt, they NEVER notified me that my homeowners was cancelled (during hurricane season). It was ONLY until my mortgage company charged me for not having homeowner insurance. They also never told me that citizens would now require flood insurance even though I’m not in a flood zone. They never return calls. Please for the love of god, Go elsewhere for your insurance needs. You’ve been warned…
