I called 1st and left a message and decided since I was up that way, I’d stop by this place To see where it was located at. My vascular surgeon had recommended it. I was very disappointed. Only see you by appt and no walk-ins. The woman was very abrupt plus doesn’t take insurance only pay out of pocket and her prices are very high. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Everytime I have gone these people have been very friendly. Although they are overworked me meeting that with kindness has meant they've gone out of their way for me. They worked with my doctor on what exactly to write to get my compression garments covered through insurance and we're extremely nice to me when doing a fitting.

Really disappointed. You can't imagine having an issue that requires you to use the business because it's such a Niche product, and feeling underwhelmed by the level of care and attention you receive. This is an example of the need for competition --- when you're the only game in town I imagine it's easy to make your customers feel like you need me more than I need you. That may be true for now, but I sense a change is coming.
