Ana is a great provider—caring and professional during appointments. However, the front office experience, particularly with Victoria (the receptionist/medical assistant) and her daughter Sophia, has unfortunately been an issue. I’ve referred family members to this practice, and they’ve also had similar negative encounters with Victoria and Sophia. Cassie (Simply You injector) is awesome! I like that she makes suggestion and recommendations! The plus is she did an outstanding job making those suggestions look great on me! Thank you!
My first visit was November 6 2024 and it was amazing. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Ana is the best was very thorough and a Rockstar ❤️❤️❤️
