The worst and most dishonest place that lies about things to serve their own narrative instead of being honest. The doctors and receptionists are the worst and do not provide a good level of care and then they lie to protect themselves when they don’t serve clients they just act to protect themselves. Never go here as they are terrible and would never recommend this place ever
Let me preface this by saying my family doctor is amazing, this review is solely for the admin staff. Why do you possibly have a phone if you refuse to answer it or call us back?? And now you not only got rid of the emergency call back line, you’ve also gotten rid of time sensitive appointment bookings?? Do better.
This is the worst clinic I’ve been to in 3 countries I’ve lived in. The receptionist is insufferable, cold and literally do not care if you are dying on a string. Their booking system is one directional with terrible money grabbing fees. If you missed your call due to caller Id problems we’ll see you in hell I guess. They called but just never on time. My illness impacted my work and personal life and they do not care to help you. Don’t come here ever. ZERO STARS
