I must say simply waxing is hands down the best waxer in the Dallas area. Her attention to detail to make sure she gets every hair is second to no one. And she made sure the wax wasn’t painful also. Her suite was nice and clean which made for a comfortable environment. I am definitely a customer for as long as she’s in business.

One star review to get their attention. I made an appointment and had to cancel. It was not same day and more than 24 hours before my appointment. I have not received a refund and have tried several times to reach them for a refund or to reschedule, but no luck. Appointment was for May 23 and I cancelled early the morning of the 22nd. I went to the physical address today, and there was a different name and phone number on the (locked) door. Still want the service that I paid for if possible, but need some kind of solution.
