After being a customer for years at Simply Unique I am very disappointed at the way I was treated recently. I had a pair of earrings that I could not wear because the posts were too think. Tim took one in the back and made the post thinner. I said that was perfect and could he do the other. When I went to pick them up I was told that they could not work on them because they were not real gold. Why wasn't I told that to begin with? One had already been done. As a first- time customer, I was impressed! These guys know their stuff! I appreciated the time they spent listening to my requests, and I found Tim the owner knowledgeable and willing to go out of his way to assist with everything I wanted done. This store is unique due to its emphasis on personalized customer service without the "pressure". Staff are attentive and their prices beat the "Big Guys!" Phenomenal work at a fair price. I brought a necklace in for repair. They did such an amazing job, I cannot even see where it was repaired. Highly recommend!!

Helpful and thoughtful jeweler. I used them for a jewelry repair and a couple of appraisals. They did both well, listening to the customer to get a better understanding of one of the pieces. The repair looks, great!
