Booked an appointment with @beautybando on Instagram a week prior, and it was cancelled the day before I was scheduled to be serviced. No reason given, no explanation, just an email. I just wish it was possible to be notified earlier in the week (Monday-Thursday) leading up to my appointment, or even at all, for this inconvenience. Zero stars would be given if applicable.

INCIDENT 1: Reached out to this braider on IG; made an appointment a week in advance and all. I even went to my usual hairstylist the day prior to my appointment to remove my weave and wash my hair since by hair was supposed to be braided the next day. My appointment was for 7 in the morning. Tell me why this braider sent me an IG message at about 2 in the morning saying she has to cancel the appointment because her son was running a fever? Book at your own risk. You provide your own hair and she will use the remaining hair on another client instead of giving the rest back. She is also rude. I’m surprised this business is still open.

You know you wrong for making clients provide their own hair just to use their unused hair on another client, then blocking her and deleting comments trying to expose you.
