I had used them since 2015. Scheduled them for Wednesday. Took the day off, put our dog in playcare. Scheduled for 11-1. By 1:05 I called. Got call back about 1:30 said she would find out where the crew was. Calls back said I wasn’t “hilighted” on the schedule. I say they called yesterday to confirm! She calls back says they will be here at 4. 4:30 nothing. She says they are in traffic and will be there at 5 I say forget it. Total waste of my entire day. They are off my list for good
