Tammy was the chef on a retreat I participated in. First of all, the way she cooked a soft boiled egg was unlike anything I've tasted!! She is also masterful with flavors and colors - each dish was visually stunning and offered a lot of flavor. Tammy is very creative at using leftovers to re-create side dishes, toppings, and sauces. She offers variety in toppings so each can choose according to their taste preferences. I attended a 3 day women's retreat recently that was catered by Tammy at Simply Thyme Catering. Tammy's passion for food and cooking was evident in every meal. Each meal was unique in some way and prepared to perfection. I would highly recommend Tammy for catering!

I've had food from Simply Thyme on many occasions and every time it is so good and wonderfully presented. The staff are always on top of it and I always look forward to their food.
The food at their anniversary event was fantastic. The presentation was so beautiful I hated to disturb it (but of course I did). The servers are all so friendly and gracious. But what I love about Simply Thyme best is their commitment to serving the community by supporting non profits! This is a great company!
Saw theses guys at the Camas farmers market today. Had the most delicious bacon Mac-n-Cheese and all the other food I saw from there looked pretty darn good too.
Simply Thyme is absolutely awesome. Quality is amazing and presentation is alway on point. Tammy is a joy to work with and I would recommend her to anyone! <3
I've had Simply Thyme's yumminess on several occasions. I'm always impressed by how well Tammie accommodates all diets, including vegan. Her creations are delicious and are a huge part to why I love the events I attend.
