Terrible experience! Been a patron at this location for many years and brought the experience to the owners attention to try to rectify the matter only to get spoken to in a rude, unprofessional and condescending manner. I will say, this is the first time I have ever experienced a member of management or owner speaking to me in such a way. My husband and I went here for the first time this weekend. The food is delicious and authentic with very friendly and efficient service! I think this will be a new local favorite for us. :) Looking forward to going again!
Amazing food. I try and eat here every chance I get. But if i have to deal with the rudest bartender in Louisville again, I will not be back and neither will the tables of people I bring with me. I feel completely disrespected by that ego maniac.
