I had an order for custom cupcakes and the way some turned out were not satisfactory. I was super bummed because I have ordered in the past for a party and loved their work. I called and communicated how disappointed I was and they were so incredibly nice to me. Even though they were closing in less then 10 minutes from when I got a chance to call, they let me bring the cupcakes back and they completely fixed them for me. I have ordered many birthday cakes for family and loved them all. Jen and her staff are wonderful, accommodating and very professional. They are incredible and would recommend them to everyone.
Jen and her staff made my wedding cake, my daughter's wedding cake, and numerous cakes for my family. The cakes were delicious and meticulous. Jen delivered the wedding cakes personally. I HIGHLY recommend simply Sweets!!!!!!!!! We have NEVER been disappointed in the care and thought that was put into each cake.......
Jen and her team have made many specialty cakes for me. Each one was not only awesome to see but delicious. Jighly recommend Simply Sweets. Oh and you have to try the cookies!
I have had them do multiple birthday cakes over the years and they were absolutely wonderful. Jen is always willing to work with you and has great suggestions if you are willing to listen.
Jen and her staff made my daughter and son in law's wedding cake and groomsman cake. She personally delivered two, spectacular cakes that tasted amazing! She went out of her way to make the day special and took a worry away from the mother of the bride with her outstanding service. Thank you!!!
