Excellent. Charlie and his team are fantastic, knowledgeable, and lovely. After a long period of time taking my Subarus to the dealer and putting up with their subpar communication, promptness, and cost, Charlie and the Simply Subaru team have been amazing and set the bar for what level of service a mechanic shop should provide. I will be taking my cars to Charlie as long as I am in the area.
I’ve been bringing my car to Simply Subaroo for the past 12 months, and even though it’s out of the way for me, I wouldn’t take it anywhere else. Charlie and the team have great work ethics and are genuinely honest in everything they do. They explain things clearly, only do what’s necessary, and never try to upsell. It’s rare to find a mechanic you can truly trust, but these guys have earned it. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and professional service.
I've been to Charlie for two services now – both have been excellent. He knows his stuff and was very communicative throughout the experience, both from a cost and timeline perspective. You’d struggle to find a more honest and quality mechanic on the Beaches.
Charlie the owner was super nice and easy to talk to, same with his employees. Had my window on my 2007 Subaru forester fixed as fast as he could, fast service, honest and for a decent price.
