Just arrived home here in Michigan. 800 mile ride thanks to Michael and the team at Simply Ride. Michael was a professional, and made us feel like family during the whole bike sale! Drove 2 hours for poor service. First salesperson didn’t know the bikes and only gave yes/no answers, and acted like I was a bother. Second one seemed better but never called back with Ducati prices. Found out the first was the owner’s son—seems like staff avoid stepping on toes. Won’t be back.
