Easily the WORST experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. Here's why: 1. We were told the bike would be ready and any time would be fine for pickup when it wasn't. 2. Unprepared, untested motorcycles. Why was the bike not inspected before it hit the showroom floor? How can they sell (and price) a motorcycle without knowing its condition?! 3. Obviously you can't let a customer wheel out a motorcycle that's spraying coolant. Why did it take them 45 minutes to sheepishly tell us? 4. EXTREME wait times. This is my 4th motorcyc... read more
