Doreen was very professional and courteous. She offered drinks or snacks. Check in and out was made easy.
The staff Mark and Debbie were awesome and extremely helpful with my military PCS move for my 10x20 unit. They both went above and beyond helping me with my heavy equipment and downloading it safely into my unit after a tiring drive. They also made the process so easy and positioning me in a convenient place for the PODS to be parked. Awesome Team working here at Simply Storage VaB
I rented a storage unit at simply storage about a year ago in between moves to store some of my belongings. This is a top-notch storage facility. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly from the minute I walked in the door and explained everything fully to me before I decided to rent. I like also that a member of the staff also lives right on the property! You will not be disappointed if you decide to rent a unit here!
Doreen was super helpful—knowledgeable, polite, & accommodating. She showed us several options & helped us choose the right unit. Easy peasy.
