Better value, better service, from a local business! We had a little trouble with our design at first, but the actual owner stepped in and made some suggestions and got everything on track. The installation went very well. Only a slight problem, but Simply Solar stood behind their promise and made it right. We absolutely love our system. Jake Giovanni, Jose, Marcos, Sam, Esgar, Tim they worked on our house like it was theirs.
Start to finish, Simply Solar exceeded every expectation. From the very first call to the last step of the process, everything was handled with professionalism, clear communication, and genuine care. I highly recommend Simply Solar. Their sales consultant Dean was very patient and knowledgeable, walking us through our energy needs and equipment and never pushy. Our Project Manager John was professional, reliable, and very efficient. Our installer Giovanni was excellent and worked hard to get our battery up and available quickly. Juan diligently addressed an electrical issue we were having post installation. They are excellent and genuinely want the best system for you and your needs.
Simply solar installed our solar Oct. 2024. We have had problems so far. Our bill for PGE for July to Aug 2025 $490.00. For August $860.00. We had a power outage July 15, 2025 and after numerous calls to come fix the solar a tech came out to supposedly fix the problem when the battery did not kick in to provide us power during the outage. According to the solar app the solar has inoperable since July 7, 2025 thus we have incurred a huge electric bill.
