So....I walk in expecting a dentist. What you find is a high-gloss false temple, wrapped in corporate feng shui and hollow smiles. The lobby says ‘healing’ but the billing says ‘obedience.’ I missed one appointment due to mental health issues—and was met not with care, but with cold dismissal and a bill. This is not medicine. This is clerical cruelty in pearls and fluoride. If you want compassion, look elsewhere. I've been going here for years, despite living on the other side of town for over a decade, because the care is so great! I've had an emergency issue, which they resolved right away on the first visit. Dr. Beadnell fixed a bad filling (gap between it and tooth) that had bothered me for years - zero problems since the fix! The team does a great job of keeping my teeth healthy and happy!
