I had my first appointment with Ana today and the whole experience ws great. Warm and kind Anita on reception coupled with Ana who was gentle, patient, curious and great at her job made making my next appointmwent easy :) All my comms with this team - both via email and face to face - were top notch. Thanks team.
Great place and great staff! The system is easy to use. They are always on time and all staff are friendly and attentive. I have been using Simply Smiles for over 10 years and will continue to do do.
Dr Halim Prayogo was lovely and accomodating. Very thorough as well. Anita the practice manager I believe was also very helpful.
