I arrived at 7:50am for my confirmed 8am appointment only to see a sign on the door that they open at 8:30am. I called their number and received the answer service that took my information and said they'd let them know I was here. Mind you I received a phone call two days before to confirm my 8am appointment. These appointments are made 6 months in advance so they would have had plenty of time to inform me of their office hour change. I’ve sat in the waiting area and watch workers sit around at the front desk just talking and laughing it just look very unprofessional, be prepared to wait 45mins to an hour to be seen even if you come in early. The staff does not care that the patient can hear they all just sat around and have personal conversations. Not one time did any one of them ask if I was okay in the lounge area they just all sat and stood around having personal conversations
Be prepared to wait 45 minutes to over an hour before being seen. This is outrageous to me. The staff is friendly and they do a good job, but I have never been seen at the time I am scheduled. Do better or call people and let them know you are running an hour or more behind.
