I have been a patient of Dr. Hogan since I moved to Williamsburg 5 years ago. I appreciate her experience and her treatment plan recommendations. Her new office is great and the staff is amazing.
First cleaning was better than expected! I have sensitive gums so I’m always a little nervous. Liz was very kind and gentle. Asked me to point out where it hurt and took her time. The office is very clean and welcoming. Very happy I found this office
Very disappointing experience. I called to ask about the cost of veneers and was told I would need to book and pay for an appointment just to receive pricing information. The staff member was extremely rude, interrupted me, and ended the call before I could finish speaking. For a potential $10,000 procedure, I expected far more professionalism. Based on this interaction, I would not consider visiting this office.
I cannot recommend this practice highly enough! From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in good hands. Brooke at the front office is absolutely lovely; she got me scheduled quickly and provided a comprehensive briefing on the entire process from start to finish, which really eased my mind.
