I had an incredible experience here in terms of customer service and overall quality. The owner was knowledgeable and helpful, and didn't try to pressure me into anything - he helped me find the mattress I needed. I will definitely be recommending this store to all my friends and family. Very affordable too!

Wonderful customer service, fantastic attention to our concerns and needs, honest and fair prices. After visiting a nearby mattress dealer, I walked into the Simply Sleep store and immediately could tell a difference. Tyre is strait-forward and knowledgable. You don't have to endure any games or uncomfortable blubbering about how he can cut you a deal even though it's going to hurt his commission. I purhcased several weeks ago over the phone, after seeing their ad in the newspaper (I live in Rockbridge VA, close to an hour from the store). After several phone calls & many website visits, I decided to take the leap and purchsaed over the phone becuz their prices beat all of the local guys! I received my receipts through e-mail immediately, & my mattres was delivered a day early the following week!
