Giving a one star is being VERY generous. I highly suggest going somewhere else for bridal hair and makeup. They will treat you kind if you are using them but once you find someone else that is a professional and actually knows how to treat a "customer" this salon will pull any BS to not give you back your deposit that you are owed per THIER CONTRACT!!!!!!!! Sarah, We have been more than accommodating for you and we don't know how else to explain to you that we didn't take a deposit so can't refund one for you. You came in and got hair and makeup services and paid for them that day and then requested a refund six months later. We have never experienced anything like this and we wish you the best for your wedding.
Booking online is a terrible option. Booked an appointment for a hair cut and showed up to find out it truly wasn't booked because the computer preselected a pedicure lady to do my cut. I was never even offered to rebook While I was there. First time and last time.�
