Customer service was great. Both ladies were very helpful and nice. Clean atmosphere.
BEWARE: place is full of mold & rodents. Insurance doesn’t cover anything. Storage units aren’t properly taken care of. Lost $10K worth of furniture here due to mice infestation & insurance didn’t help at all nor does it cover it. OH, and they also go up on their prices. My original storage units was $196 a month & jumped to $270 a month. NEVER AGAIN. I hate this crooked place. On my life this is one of the WORST storage places ever. A fraud & scam. Don’t do it guys.
This place is TERRIBLE!!! THEY SOLD ME A UNIT ON AUCTION THAT WAS FILLED WITH MOLD!!! I WAS SICK 3 DAYS CAUSE OF IT!! And they say oh sold as is!!! YOU DIDN'T SMELL THE MOLD I DID TIL I STARTED GOING THROUGH IT!!! terrible company!! So if you want moldy smelly stuff then 100% rent from here!!! Building is ready to fall down!! Oh wait they put a new roof on as I was there. U want pictures I have plenty of them!!!!
