The three ladies at the front the desk are all crooks. Their website says that everybody gets the first month half off and then they told my dad that that didn't apply to our storage unit. They lost the key to our storage unit so our stuff was completely exposed to anybody who wanted it. My dad used the bathroom in the main office building that is supposed to be open to the public and then my sister and I tried to use the bathroom and they had locked us out and when we asked to please use the bathroom they had the lamest ex... read more
