Tonight was date night and decided to try a new place. Absolutely great food, will definitely be coming back.
This place is great! The historic building combined with delicious food made for a perfect dinner! As a rule, I like chicken, but I've never had any worth talking about ... until I had the chicken fried chicken at Simply Sara's! Pretty much the best chicken I've ever eaten! The drive from St. Johns was definitely worth it and we WILL be back!
Late lunch and nice Southern Food find! Produce is bought fresh in the mornings....food is made to order, desserts made with REAL butter....Check this place out! Nice little historic building in Old Ortega with window view for open outside feel. Clean tabletops, comfortable. Will come back for sure! Supper menu looks great too!
Lunch was delicious and the service we received from Katie was stellar! The owner, Mr. James, came over and talked to us. He really appreciated our business and asked us to come back anytime. Compliments to the Chef!
Went to Simply Sara's today for my first time with my family. Everything was delicious!!! My burger was better than Ted Montana's. My daughter and cousin order the clam strips with eggplant fries and the clams were so fresh, the eggplant was delicious and I don't usually eat eggplant. The fried chicken sandwich my other cousin had was huge and delicious! We had both pound cakes and a lil of all the cookies. We've been talking about trying this place out for a few weeks now. We finally stopped in tonight and I'm so very glad we did! The food is exceptional! So fresh and full of flavor. The wait staff was friendly and attentive. We loved it. I am certain we will be back on the regular.
