Charming building, fresh food, and friendly staff! I had the special, mutton snapper and shrimp that was delicious. Others in my party had the country fried steak and chicken fried chicken, all yummy. Everything was fresh and the homemade side items are very tasty. Did not get to try the desserts because we were so full. Definitely will be returning for more!
Best fresh food. Great staff and the owners are just good people. Love this place we eat here a couple of days a week. Yes that's how good it is!
This was my wife and I's first experience here we ordered soup broccoli cheese it was cold my wife ordered bacon wrapped chicken tenders they were overcooked the lousy and slimy and hard and it came with bag frozen frys I ordered a corn dog with macaroni salad I've had frozen corn dogs better than that it was nasty it was limp the macaroni salad had no flavor I didn't even eat my food I left it on the table paid the bill and left after waiting an hour to get my lunch this is what I got I wouldn't recommend this place to my w... read more
My sister, mom, grandson and I finally made it to chicken and dumplings night and we were not disappointed! So, so delicious! Also, pineapple cobler is so scrumptious!
We go at least 1-2 times a month and usually "check-in" on FB so everyone makes fun of me like this is the only place we ever go to eat. Seriously, it is our favorite place to eat. Southern cooking at its freshest and finest while feeling part of the family as everyone usually knows who we are and makes a point to say "hi" and chat a little while there. Totally unique experience and best food consistently in town. Especially on the first Thursday of the month for Italian night! Best pizza I've ever had !
This is a family owned restaurant where they make you feel like family! Fresh home cooked food and wonderful cobbler, me and my wife love this place.
