Great Salads that come out quickly, but total dysfunction during the order process. Overly detailed, and needs simplification. They are trying hard , but the system is broken. Strange layout inside. You place your order from the restroom area. Customer flow is backwards in the building. Overall a poorly thought out layout. This place may not last very long in its current format so enjoy it while it's still here. In short, Very Healthy food with a painful ordering process in a strange layout.
Our first time in & it was exceptional!! Vegan and didn't know what to expect but there are plenty of options (dressing wise as well) !! Susie & Lucille helped us and were extraordinary! They answered every question, went the extra mile with ease, smiles on their faces, and no attitudes which is hard to come by when you go out to eat! This location is wonderful. They are so friendly and quick. The employees are amazing.
Im very disappointed today I always go there in my lunch break and I never had a problem until today I order el jefe wrap and the salmon was bad it was dark had bad smell I went back and I let them know, the guy there said he will let the kitchen know
