I have an area rug that I have had cleaned a few times. The last company to "clean" it returned it in the same condition with the same stains after cleaning it twice (because I sent it back when they delivered it the first time). I own a carpet cleaning business, and I had a wool that was beyond my ability to clean, but not for Simply Rug Cleaning. Not only did the rug come out with fantastic results, they worked with me on the turn around time, so that I had the rug back to my client on their due date. I was using another rug cleaning plant in Downtown Dallas, but not anymore. Now all my rugs will be going to Simply Rug Cleaning! Thanks again guys!
Simply Awesome. my 15+ year old rug looks fabulous!!
They were great. I had put my rugs outside to "air out" and it rained. While they were drying out leaves fell on them and left brown stains. Simply Rug got the stains out and helped "reshape" the rugs from warping. Courteous, professional, and great communication. Definitely recommend as a local company that cares about their customers. Update: That review was a few years ago. Just used them again - so courteous, knowledgeable, and willing to bend to my schedule
Great quality of work. My light colored area rug was cleaned better than by a competitor. Service is polite and comprehensive.
