My feet looked amazing but my nails were not. Let me start by saying, besides the nail tech being a few minutes late customer service was pretty good. The tech was well spoken and polite and was able to squeeze me and my friend in. I left the the shop without saying anything fr bc I’ve literally gotten into physical altercations at other shops about correcting or just removing my nails in general. HORRIBLE NEVER AGAIN!!!! FIRST AND FOREMOST LEARN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEN BUSINESS ETHICS 101 NEVER KEEP YOUR CUSTOMERS WAITING!!!! AND DID NOT HAVE THE COURTESY TO APOLOGIZE AND HAD THE AUDACITY TO HANG UP. DO BETTER YOU ALL. I have the call and text messages. I received no calls from her. Nail tech/owner had amazing service, very welcoming and hospitable. My nails were very nice and i loved the care she gave to my natural nails. She’s a good conversationalist and i will come back.
