We love our water at simply pure. Good price. Friendly people. Tastes amazing and even better than bottled water. Highly recommend. Evwn bought water cooler from them. Thank you for helping us use less waste
Several times I've come to fill my water jugs only to find the machine isn't working. The worst part is having to come back across town another day to get my money back. Today they wanted to upcharge me after my inconvenience. Terrible customer service from the woman whom said she'd make it right!
