Terrible property management company.
Terrible company to rent from. Charging me $2300 a month for a house that is falling apart. We have had nothing but issues since moving in back in July. Once one thing gets fixed another thing breaks. Air conditioner cost almost $1000 a month in the summer to run all day and maintain 78-79 degrees. Had the company I work at (because I do Hvac for a living) come out and tell them every that’s wrong with it like severely dirty coils overheating motors and more and all they cared about was if it turned on. Worst company ever. Do not rent from them!!! We moved into a property in Tucson with multiple issues upon moving in. We've tried contacting them multiple times about the issues were having and we just get ignored. We have a serious case of termites and they did someone out to check 2 weeks ago and they confirmed we definitely have termites. It's been 2 weeks and they haven't sent anyone back to get it fixed. The termites are only getting worse. Also we're having issues with cabinets falling apart, concrete floors falling apa... read more
