I have lived in the same rental going on six years. I am very happy with the timeliness and quality of their maintenance personnel. Specifically, Sandra Torres, the maintenance coordinator, as she always responds very quickly to my needs. Repairs are completed quickly and thoroughly. Great service! Thank you Sandra!
Poor communication. Leave voicemails, send emails, and get nothing in return. If you leave a voicemail chances are it will get deleted and not actually reviewed by someone (was told verbally this would happen once when I tried to call and their mailbox was full they said "we will delete them and you can try again"). They are worse than my original review. Will take at least 5-10 days to get back to an email, in my case about billing, then slap you with late charges as if you haven't been trying. I have been dealing with Simply Property Management for exactly 2 weeks. They don't return calls, emails, online requests...NOTHING! I predict nothing but trouble from them for the balance of the year and I have put in a formal request to the BOD to have them removed. WARNING...do not hire this company!!!
It’s always a pleasure speaking with Sandra Torres, she is helpful and always returns my call in a timely manner. If I have something that needs to be done, she see to it that it gets done. I have not had a lot of interaction with her but when I did speak with her, in the office or on the phone, she was very pleasant to talk to. I appreciate Sandra’s kindness.
Cara and Jennifer at Simply Property Management are easy to talk to helpful and understanding. They have worked with me throughout personal issues that has arisen during my leasing experience. Cara is very cool and laid back, and she always address any concerns I may have in a timely manner.
