I urgently need to receive a letter/document from them, but it seems impossible. I finally got through to customer support, yet even they couldn’t tell me when the manager Cara I actually need would call me back. If support doesn’t know, then who is supposed to know? And who is supposed to actually do their job? This level of disorganization is completely unacceptable. Communication with clients is absolutely zero
Poor communication. Leave voicemails, send emails, and get nothing in return. If you leave a voicemail chances are it will get deleted and not actually reviewed by someone (was told verbally this would happen once when I tried to call and their mailbox was full they said "we will delete them and you can try again"). They are worse than my original review. Will take at least 5-10 days to get back to an email, in my case about billing, then slap you with late charges as if you haven't been trying. I have lived in the same rental going on six years. I am very happy with the timeliness and quality of their maintenance personnel. Specifically, Sandra Torres, the maintenance coordinator, as she always responds very quickly to my needs. Repairs are completed quickly and thoroughly. Great service! Thank you Sandra!
Cara and Jennifer at Simply Property Management are easy to talk to helpful and understanding. They have worked with me throughout personal issues that has arisen during my leasing experience. Cara is very cool and laid back, and she always address any concerns I may have in a timely manner. Jennifer is the bubbly one that makes you laugh with a warm approach, together, they balance eachother out which make the office a well rounded environment, and I’m a happy tenant, because we know how these property management companies ... read more
I have been dealing with Simply Property Management for exactly 2 weeks. They don't return calls, emails, online requests...NOTHING! I predict nothing but trouble from them for the balance of the year and I have put in a formal request to the BOD to have them removed. WARNING...do not hire this company!!!
