I applied for a home and sent all paperwork needed. Paid $150 in application fees and haven’t heard back. The number listed goes straight to voicemail and no one has called back its been weeks. I have tried to email as well and no response.
Slumlords. Don't rent from them if you can avoid it. Heat went out, spent all day trying to get a hold of them. Scheduled repair for the next day meaning I had to stay another night in a freezing home (outside temp was 42) they did nothing for accommodations. It reached 62 inside the home. I urgently need to receive a letter/document from them, but it seems impossible. I finally got through to customer support, yet even they couldn’t tell me when the manager Cara I actually need would call me back. If support doesn’t know, then who is supposed to know? And who is supposed to actually do their job? This level of disorganization is completely unacceptable. Communication with clients is absolutely zero
I have lived in the same rental going on six years. I am very happy with the timeliness and quality of their maintenance personnel. Specifically, Sandra Torres, the maintenance coordinator, as she always responds very quickly to my needs. Repairs are completed quickly and thoroughly. Great service! Thank you Sandra!
Poor communication. Leave voicemails, send emails, and get nothing in return. If you leave a voicemail chances are it will get deleted and not actually reviewed by someone (was told verbally this would happen once when I tried to call and their mailbox was full they said "we will delete them and you can try again"). They are worse than my original review. Will take at least 5-10 days to get back to an email, in my case about billing, then slap you with late charges as if you haven't been trying.
