Greg implemented some significant changes to his team, and I’m pleased to share that Ryan has been exceptionally attentive and responsive to every email I’ve sent his way. Reflecting on my previous experiences with Cara, which were far from ideal due to her poor communication, I feel a sense of relief and optimism with Ryan’s diligent approach. It’s clear that Greg made a wise decision in reshuffling the staff, and I am truly grateful for the positive shift in dynamics.

We've been renting with Simple Property Management for a little over 3 years. Today our A/C went out. I called and got in touch with Jennifer. She immediately addressed the emergency and sent a service tech out to the property promptly. Our A/C was fixed within just a couple hours. Thank you Jennifer and Simple Property!

Recently had Ryan at Simply Property management do two requests of mine regarding my rental property. He responds in a timely manner and completed my requests. This individual is definately an asset to this company and knows how to handle a desk. I highly recommend his skill set and communication skills.

Simply Property Management is the best property management company in the valley. Their level of knowledge in the market is exceptional. We have several rental properties with them and from start to finish, they make everything easy. We breathe easy knowing they will take care of all our properties. Their network of renters gives us a peace of mind that we will always have tenants in our rentals. Definitely recommend them to any who do want the stress of managing rental properties.
