If I could give negative 10 stars I would. I filed a claim through my home warranty company who utilizes outside vendors for work. Simply Plumbing accepted the work. A guy came out to inspect and I sent him the service fee to do so. He said he will request parts and come back to repair. Time passed and I never heard anything so I called the guy who came and he said he no longer works for the company and to call the company.
