Simply Pho House has probably some of the most inattentive, unwelcoming, rude staff I've ever encountered. No one is happy to work there and will make you feel like you inconvenienced them by showing up at their job. I frequent here and every time I enjoy my food, it's fine, nothing to write home about and honestly kinda overpriced but it's decent. The portions are generous and the quality of the food is of the highest standard. I particularly like pho and ordered that and requested fish sauce (I aquired the tast while visiting Vietnam). The wait staff checked in regularly and were quite responsive. The dishes my friends ordered were well received and each person commented on the quality of the food. I highly recommend Simply Pho House for high quality food and service.

I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent visit to your restaurant. While I have been a frequent customer in the past, my experience during this visit was very disappointing. We were seated on the right side of the restaurant near the dishwashing area, where there was a strong, unpleasant odor reminiscent of sewage.
