I had the hand & foot massage PLUS a body massage. All were excellent but that massage was down right “orgasmic”! Y’all have to go try it for yourselves!!!!
They never answer the phone. They were closed during posted hours as well when I tried to stop by to ask questions
I would give them 0 stars if I could. I was given a gift certificate for Simply Panache Nail Bar over a year ago. I have made multiple attempts to book an appointment to use when I am visiting the Hampton Roads area. There are never any appointments available for any dates I need and I have tried several times in the past year. What a wonderful experience! From the moment I arrived until the time I checked out. You were treated with great customer care, professionalism and tender loving care as it related to your services. If you are looking for a top rated massage and nail experience, look no further. Serena is an excellent massage therapist, as well as a nail tech. The detail to what a customer wants and what you will get far exceeds your expectation. I highly recommend you visit this spa. You will not be disappointed.
Enjoyed a relaxing girls trip weekend which included a mani/pedi and facial. Great staff and services. The facial was so relaxing, I actually fell asleep during the process. I highly recommend.
