We love Simply Orthodontics! Everyone that we have encountered in the office has been friendly, helpful and easy to work with. A giant shout out to Joanna and Min for their tireless effort in helping us navigate insurance needs. Joanna deserves a medal for all the back and forth and she was so kind through the entire process. And Dr. Shung and Dr. Naeim have such welcoming personalities that their patients are immediately at ease. Excited to start our child's orthodontic journey with them.
Disrespectful staff. No regard for anyone's time but their own. I came in for an appointment at 10:30. I arrived at 10:38 checked in sat down for 15 minutes. No one told me when I checked in that they were running behind. No one called me before my appointment to tell me they were running behind. They just let me sit there. I might be the oldest patient here, but it’s a wonderful journey with Dr. Shung and his team going through with me for 26 months.!And the outcome is so good! Dr. Shung is also a lovely neighbor who helps the community with a lot of charity work. They even tears with me for my last check up, I do love them!
My third child getting the braces here at Simply Orthodontics. They are so friendly and professional. 3D scanner is very easy and quick. Easy and quick communication to make appointments via text
Met the team during my complimentary consultation and was so impressed with the beautiful office space, professional and friendly staff, and the knowledgeable recommendations of the orthodontist. I also learned today my pediatric dentist referred his patients to Dr. Shung and spoke very highly of him. So glad they are close by in the neighborhood!
