I've been ordering backbar products from Simply Organic for my HeadSpa service and I've been loving every product so much! Orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner. I'm so glad i found this company!
Carli is amazing. UPS failed to deliver our packages then return to sender without as much as contacting us. Carli, without missing beat help us to resolve our problem and send us a new shipment. I would definitely order from Simply Organic again.
One star is even too much for this business. Their customer service is absolutely atrocious. When you call it goes to an automatic recording saying no one is available. They do not update their inventory properly so when you order something and drive to their warehouse to go pick it up, you don’t have the product that you purchased. It’s being shipped from some other warehouse and another part of the country. No email notification about the items that you ordered not being in stock.
