I’ve never posted a negative review but, this time it calls for it. Im so angry with this company, it ruined my day. They have been telling me for months that O & M color is not going to be distributed in 13 states which would include my state New York. I have a couple of customers that love this color line but not their Arete line. It’s not bad color but, it’s not for them.One customer was allergic to ARETE color line which is theirs. Carli is amazing. UPS failed to deliver our packages then return to sender without as much as contacting us. Carli, without missing beat help us to resolve our problem and send us a new shipment. I would definitely order from Simply Organic again.
