Clean is the only positive star. I warned him multiple times, my nails are naturally thin and another time to be careful, and third that I may not have any nail left. Never acknowledged me. He was filing my nails off. Look at the ends. He wrapped with foil (good), then scraped, used the grinder, then sanded and used the grinder again, and filed until my nails were shredded at the ends and nearly went thru the nail beds. Came in today for a pedicure I had super long toe nails naturally I showed the lady a picture of how I wanted me toe nails and she decided to cut them down to nothing. Then not even paint them as the picture I showed her, thankfully the owner refunded me but wanted me to still tip her I refused because why would I tip someone who not only cut off my toe nails but didn’t do a good job or give me what I wanted, anyone who likes to keep there toe nails long knows this is so upsetting. They quoted my girl $40 over the phone and when she showed up tried to tell her $120. They did a horrible job and didn’t even have the color she wanted. They had to “make” it. They failed at this as well as the design as you can see from the pictures. One of the nails actually fell off on the way home from getting them done. They still made her pay $70 even though she was told $40. I don’t know how this place is in business
