This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at any salon that I have ever been to. My nail technician, sitting at #9 told me that I was a baby five times because I said ouch after cutting me several times. He said that I was a baby baby baby baby baby. I work in the service industry, and I have never in my life spoken to a customer that way. Disappointed is an understatement and I hope I don’t get an infection from his dirty station.
No frills nail salon with fair prices. Excellent service and easy to get a walk-in.
Did really good with the massage and callus remover type stuff. I really enjoyed my time. It was clean and comforting. I would go back. The hot stones, and what not were really nice and my feet were very smooth without hurting me etc. I will say she did this thing with the gel polish where she made my toenails look longer and more shapely than they are naturally. In my unprofessional opinion it caused the gel to peel off in a week because it wasn't on my nail. So idk how I feel about that nor how to correct it for next visit... read more
Clean is the only positive star. I warned him multiple times, my nails are naturally thin and another time to be careful, and third that I may not have any nail left. Never acknowledged me. He was filing my nails off. Look at the ends. He wrapped with foil (good), then scraped, used the grinder, then sanded and used the grinder again, and filed until my nails were shredded at the ends and nearly went thru the nail beds. Came in today for a pedicure I had super long toe nails naturally I showed the lady a picture of how I wanted me toe nails and she decided to cut them down to nothing. Then not even paint them as the picture I showed her, thankfully the owner refunded me but wanted me to still tip her I refused because why would I tip someone who not only cut off my toe nails but didn’t do a good job or give me what I wanted, anyone who likes to keep there toe nails long knows this is so upsetting.
