Susan, the lady The lady that’s up at the counter is very kind and makes you feel at home makes you feel at peace when you come in and she gives you joy and a happy feeling that they know what they’re gonna do for you the wax lady, the pedicure lady, everybody in here does such a great job and a professional job
Pretty place but horrible service. Apparently only the receptionist speaks fluent English and has to translate for some of the stylists. I had to get out my phone and show them pictures of what I wanted because apparently "round" and "short" are not words they understand.
I brought my mom to this nail salon in Glendale for a gel pedicure, and her nail tech Serina , did an absolutely amazing job! She was very detailed, kept everything clean, and even though the salon was super busy, she took her time and never rushed. The atmosphere of the salon is so warm and inviting, and the front desk staff were friendly and professional. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for quality nail care.
Awful, the girl was nice but she filed the surface of my toenails down so much to remove the gel that the color chipped in 2 days and my nails are bending and breaking. I get my nails done once a month and usually my nails last, never even one chip. This was my first and last time here.
