This place is fantastic!! I have been going here since I got my M1. They have amazing deals for all types of riders; new riders, riding schools, passengers, etc…! They are very kind and friendly staff! I took my girl here to get her some new gear to be a passenger and Karen was the one who helped us. Their staff is very knowledgeable and very willing to help. Fantastic atmosphere, staff is more than willing to provide advice or just chat about our sport. Really down to Earth guy (I think his name is James) helped us pick out a gift for our son who is one of his regular customers. Then he provided me with some great feedback on a bike I was considering. More business should be run like this!
Steller service from James as he not only took the time to educate me on the different brands and features but to try them on and see how they fit. From a new riders perspective this is what's needed when buying your first gear instead of being focused on brands. Definitely saved me time and gained alot of knowledge coming here instead of a big store were they might not be so informative.
I'm a new rider, and I learned about this store through the Rider Training Institute and local recommendations. I went to check out the store and was really impressed with the level of service from Karen and her husband. I have been to other stores and left feeling confused about what gear to purchase. Karen took her time with me and fitted me with some great gear that fit properly and complimented the type of bike I ride. They had everything I needed! Can't recommend these guys enough. I'll definitely be back. 😊👍
New to riding, Dean had an extremely welcoming and warm attitude. Karen too. Loved the whole experience. Will absolutely go back. Great selection and competitive prices.
