John and Tyler showed up promptly as promised. Took out my 40 year old behemoth and installed a new Trane Hi efficiency HVAC unit. Both very friendly, courteous, competent and fast. By days end, unit was completely installed. Tyler came back next day (on his day off) to walk us thru operation and maintenance. I have used Simply Mechanical on several occasions, and each experience has been exceptional. Stephen, the owner, is consistently punctual, personable, and professional. Most importantly, he is honest and transparent, never recommending services that aren’t truly necessary. He takes great care in leaving the work area clean and even went above and beyond by replacing my filter, though it was unrelated to the repair. I highly recommend Simply Mechanical for reliable and trustworthy service.
They got a technician out ASAP, gave me multiple options for fixing my A/C unit and got it done within 2 hours. On top of that Stephen gave me an idea of what to expect in the future since my unit is almost 20 years old! Very helpful and transparent. Will definitely use them again.
