I just got my first massage with Kara today. As I was waiting in the lobby, her previous client was leaving. I asked “well, how was it?” He told me that he’s had plenty of massages and it was the best one he’s ever had. He said I was going to love it, and I did! Kara’s technique is personalized and intuitive. She really pays attention to what your body needs and delivers. Today I got the best massage I ever had, too!
I went to Kara at Simply Massage based on a referral from a friend. It turned out to be the best referral I have ever received. Kara has helped to heal a painful lower back and hip that had sidelined me from many of favorite activities. I can't thank her enough. I had seen a physical therapist who was at a loss as to the underlying problem. Kara had me feeling better within two weeks after 14 months of discomfort/pain. I strongly recommend Kara and Simply Massage and Bodywork!
Kara is by far the very best I've ever been to! She definitely knows what she's doing :)
