Lindsay is fantastic, I feel that every session with her is super productive, like a mix of cushy relaxation and physical therapy and can always tell a big difference in my running after I’ve visited her. I probably have the tightest, most stubborn hamstrings known to man and she somehow always gets them to loosen up, she is STRONG and can really dig into your specific issues with no problem. Highly recommend!
We searched for the right massage therapist for probably two years in the metro Atlanta area. I need a lot of pressure so finding someone who knew what they were doing and could really work out knots was hard to find. Lindsay is the best in the city. We have used her for pre and post natal, at home massages, and in- office.
Lindsay had me super relaxed that I caught myself snoring several times. She is awesome. She asks how I am feeling before starting to see if there is an area she needs to concentrate on. She is thorough and professional. She will take excellent care of you if you are feeling tense or have some pain somewhere.
