Hello, I visited your store yesterday after being referred by sprint because my phone would not charge. There was one other customer in the store when i arrived and they were helped. I did not get his name of the employee that helped me but he appeared to be Mexican. He asked me if he could take my phone in the back to see if it was getting a current; which it wasn’t. I am absolutely blown away at the staff. They are so knowledgeable, smart, and kind. They have always been extremely helpful and always willing to go the extra mile for their customers! I recommend this company to all of my friends and family. I would not hesitate to ever go there!

They are held to Apples support standards which are non-existant. Don't expect anything with a physical defect repaired in under a week. Parts were supposidly overnighted yet 4 days later the store manager was unconcerned with where the shipment was lost at.
