I'm waiting for my cabinets, but the customer service has been awful!!! First I was told my cabinets were in stock and would only take 3 days to delivery, but after I paid them (100% up front is their policy), they told me it would take 4 weeks!! Each time I've called or emailed with questions on status, materials, arrival of other products I'd ordered through them I'd get no response without multiple calls or emails. I've asked to speak with the manager, expressing that it was urgent and never received a call back When you go into the showroom if you're buying something, they're nice, but once you've ordered, the lack of basic kindness and customer service is astonishing. Very disappointing. Hoping my cabinets and quality of the products and installation counteract my experience to date.
