Real Vietnamese Comes to Lincoln Park – Simply It is incredible. I have eaten there five times now and each time has been wonderful. The service is great and the atmosphere is good too. The owner is one of the nicest men I have ever met. He treated me and my date like we were family. Best Vietnamese in Lincoln Park; Outstanding Customer Service – I'm Vietnamese and typically go further up north to the 'hood: Argyle. However, I tried Simply It for some quick take out after work one day and feel in love with it! It's amazing to have authentic Vietnamese in Lincoln Park. The service is incredible. Awesome Vietnamese – We LOVE Simply It! A great place for group dinners as the owner Thuan is extremely accomodating and friendly to large groups. Definitely try the duck, snapper, and the Vietnamese beef, which is absolutely delicious. The food is a great value and the plate presentation and atmosphere are great, particularly relative to the prices. Waitstaff is friendly and the owner is delightful. A really fun place to start a great night out on the town!
Freshest spring rolls & love the BYOB! – Thrilled that the owner of Pasteur decided to open in Lincoln Park. Highly recommend spring rolls, seafood salad, chicken in claypot and yams & shrimp appetizer. Twuan, the owner, did a great job with this smaller version of the fab Pasteur. Love the BYOB option and that is now within walking distance. It's right by Victory Gardens theatre on Lincoln, so I would steer clear of the weekend rush and the bar scene.
